The Senior Marketing Administrator will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team. - Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and track marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and maintain the marketing department’s budget, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of marketing assets, including digital files, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing processes and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CMO or SVP, Marketing.
