Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Administrator will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.

  •   Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and track marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are    completed on time.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing department’s budget, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of marketing assets, including digital files, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing processes and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CMO or SVP, Marketing.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is a plus.
