We are seeking a results-oriented Director of Marketing Operations to lead the development and execution of Mondee’s marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, including experience with digital marketing, data analytics, lead generation, and customer relationship management. They should be able to demonstrate success in driving revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, developing and managing high-performance marketing teams, and implementing best practices for marketing automation and process optimization.
- Oversee data management and analytics efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of marketing data and reporting.
- Implement best practices for marketing automation and process optimization, including lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution modeling.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Work with sales, product management, and other teams to ensure the marketing team is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and develop new marketing channels and tactics to drive growth and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in marketing, including new technologies and channels.
