We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, a deep understanding of B2C digital advertising channels, and a track record of driving measurable results. As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Mondee, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels, including paid search, display, social, affiliate, email marketing and re-targeting.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and manage the performance marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the performance marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on travel or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and bid management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
