Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of visual design work, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for travel. As the Senior Visual Designer at Mondee, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling design assets that resonate with our audience and elevate our digital presence.

• Conceptualize and design visually stunning and impactful assets for our website, mobile apps, platform, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions that align with our brand guidelines and support our business objectives.
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, including sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and final production.
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality in every design element.
• Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our visual storytelling and user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and optimize design solutions.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, with a focus on digital and interactive design.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work, including web design, branding, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry
